My name is Sarah and my first step into hospitality happened nearly 40 years ago! I've been cooking in a commercial environment for more than 20 years. In that time I have run many kitchens including 2 in my own pubs and now I work from an independent unit in Hailsham, East Sussex, offering a variety of catering options to suit your event!

In this website you can see the different options available to you for your event, whether it's a wedding, christening, funeral tea, barbecue, dinner party, business lunch, tea party or picnic (phew!). If you have a different occasion, I'll cater for that too.

Don't feel you have to order your whole feast from me - I'm happy to provide as little or as much as catering as you'd like, so if you are tackling the barbecue yourself and just need a hand with the desserts, that's fine by me. You can even pretend you made them yourself!

Nothing is set in stone and your catering can be completely unique to you or a mix of different menus put together - whatever you want to make your day perfect! I put my heart and soul into everything I prepare and love what I do and I want nothing more than to share my passion with you!

I am a recommended caterer at many local venues and I also have two venues of my own, so get in touch to find out more!
