My name is Sarah and I've been cooking in a commercial environment for more than 20 years. In that time I have run many kitchens including 2 in my own pubs and now I work from an independent unit in Hailsham, East Sussex, offering a variety of bar and catering options to suit your event!

I'd love to show you the different menu  and bar options available to you for your event, catering for weddings, christenings, funeral teas, barbecues, dinner parties, business lunches, tea parties, picnics and children's parties (phew!). If you have a different occasion, I'll cater for that too.

Don't feel you have to order your whole feast from me - I'm happy to provide as little or as much as catering as you'd like, so if you are tackling the barbecue yourself and just need a hand with the desserts, that's fine by me. You can even pretend you made them yourself!

This website is full of all the different menu options I offer - nothing is set in stone and your catering can be completely unique to you or a mix of different menus put together - whatever you want to make your day perfect! I put my heart and soul into everything I prepare and love what I do and I want nothing more than to share my passion with you!

Bay Tree Foods is a local company for local people.  I fully support other small businesses and I have also received much support from them. We are working together to keep it local!
